About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot CRM professional who understands system infrastructure, automation, and high-level client communication.

Required Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM
• Deep understanding of CRM infrastructure, workflows, automation, sequences, and reporting
• Experience managing pipelines, tasks, and follow-up systems
• Strong corporate communication skills
• Fluent, polished English (native or near-native level)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong email writing skills
• Comfortable handling professional client interactions
• Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations
• Strong computer and digital platform proficiency

Responsibilities:
• Manage HubSpot workflows and CRM structure
• Build and optimize email sequences and automation
• Handle client communications through HubSpot
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and reporting
• Support sales and operational teams
• Ensure all follow-ups are executed with speed and precision

This position requires infrastructure-level thinking, strong accountability, and the ability to operate in a professional, executive-facing environment.
