Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting via Google Calendar
Follow-Up
Incoming & Outgoing Calls
Follow-Up Fax Letters via RingCentral
Invoices and Calculations
Fillable Word & Excel Documents
Data Entry
Utilizing platforms such as Gmail, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, & Notion
Understanding of the Insurance Claims Process
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience using Dropbox cloud platform and Dropbox App, Notion, and Slack
Experience in sending out
Tech-savvy
Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute via Microsoft Word
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Strong organizational skills
Strong Time- Management Skills
Additional Information:
