HR Recruiter

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to join our team (remote role, US business hours). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for open positions while maintaining accurate records and effective communication throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in using applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates:
- Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and track recruitment efforts.

Screening and Evaluating Candidates:
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Using various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates.

Building Relationships:
- Maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Providing excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promoting the company's employer brand and attracting top talent.

Other Responsibilities:
- Staying up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and spoken English is required
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Bullhorn.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
