Sabrina is a visionary founder managing multiple brands across financial software, SaaS, real estate, home services, and women entrepreneur education. We are looking for a highly organized Growth Integrator who can turn ideas into launched campaigns, funnels, systems, and measurable outcomes.
This person will work directly with the founder to translate vision into priorities, manage execution across brands, coordinate contractors, build campaign timelines, oversee content and funnel launches, monitor analytics, and keep projects moving without requiring constant direction.
The ideal person is structured, marketing-minded, data-aware, comfortable with fast-moving founders, and able to push back when priorities become too scattered.
Responsibilities include:
Convert founder ideas into clear project plans
Maintain 30/60/90-day execution roadmap
Manage content calendars and launch timelines
Coordinate copy, design, web, automation, and publishing tasks
Build and manage funnels, lead magnets,
Monitor analytics and produce weekly performance reports
Manage team/vendor accountability
Identify bottlenecks and recommend next actions
Protect founder focus by clarifying what is priority and what is paused
Tools may include GoHighLevel, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Workspace, social platforms, website builders,
Success in this role means ideas do not sit unfinished. Campaigns go live, leads are tracked, follow-up happens, and the founder receives clear weekly visibility into what is working, what is stuck, and what needs a decision.
