About the Role
We’re seeking a Graphic Design & Team Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on graphic design and social media management with operational support to help streamline processes, enhance marketing efforts, and manage team functions.
This is a part time to full time position. Due to our tiny team, it is difficult for us to allocate resources to onboard and train new tea
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and proactive, with a passion for multitasking and contributing directly to our business's success.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Marketing
Design professional, branded graphics for social media platforms
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging posts to grow our online presence.
Monitor engagement and respond to messages or comments in a timely manner.
Track analytics and provide insights to improve campaigns and strategies.
Ensure that the social media cadence is consistent and posted in a timely manner.
Team Operations
Coordinate scheduling, task delegation, and daily workflows for a small team.
Support the creation and refinement of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and bonus structures as the company grows.
Recruit, onboard, and train new tea
Administrative Support
Assist with customer inquiries, scheduling, and insurance billing (training provided).
Oversee inventory management and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience preferred).
Strategic Growth & Collaboration
Work closely with the owner and management to develop strategies for growth and brand development.
Contribute to workshops and classes, helping fill schedules with service providers.
Collaborate with tea
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in graphic design and social media management (Canva proficiency required; Adobe Photoshop preferred).
Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules and operational processes.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken).
Experience in team coordination, including onboarding and oversight.
A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to adapt.
Handle various tasks that may arise to support operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with inventory management and B2B marketing.
Knowledge of sales and lead generation strategies.
Previous experience in developing KPIs and SOPs.

Additional Information
Interview Availability: We have openings Wednesday Jan 22nd and Friday Jan 24th between 10am to 6pm EST. Please state the days and times you are available and we will send a google meeting invite to candidates we think would be a good fit
Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST, with occasional Saturday coverage.
This is a contractor position, not an employee position. Paid time off is not currently offered, but we aim to implement additional benefits as the business grows.
