We need an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) and Airtable specialist to implement a complete Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for home care agencies. The system is already fully designed with wireframes, user flows, and technical specifications—you'll be responsible for building it in GHL + Airtable according to our detailed implementation guide.

Project Goal: Create a functional MVP ATS that helps home care agencies hire CNAs, HHAs, and RNs 60?ster through automation.
