Global AI Tech Startup - Experienced Operations Manager

Hello! We are an AI tech and VC-backed startup based in Singapore with a global BFSI client base. We are looking for a full time operations lead to join us ASAP.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide variety of projects across operations, finance, and HR
- Handle administrative tasks and digital filing with the goal of automating the process
- Build automations and processes to increase efficiency across the org
- Proactively solve ambiguous problems for the operations team
- Create, manage, and maintain SOPs for every core task to ensure that a proper system is in place

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, global, and VC-backed startup as an operations manager or chief of staff
- Proven track record in operations management, process automation, and versatile problem solving
- Very high attention to detail and an expert in AI tools for automation
- Must have a proactive and team-building oriented attitude
- Must be a digital native and very familiar with a variety of SaaS tools (Claude Projects, Google Workspace, Attio, ClickUp, etc.)
- Highly organized and proactive in communication
- 100% fluency in written and verbal English
- Must be available 8 AM to 6 PM SGT
