We're a U.S.-based company looking for a sharp, reliable General Assistant to support our team across a wide range of work. This isn't a narrow calendar-and-inbox role — it's for someone who can pick up almost anything we hand them, run with it, and bring it back finished. Long-term position with stability and room to grow for the right person.
What you'll do:
Build, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft 365 (heavy Excel use — formulas, clean data, accurate numbers)
Track tasks, deadlines, and projects in
Prepare reports, notes, and documents, including detail-sensitive material where accuracy matters
Research, gather information, and summarize it clearly
Coordinate with tea
Triage
Book travel and handle scheduling as needed
Take on whatever varied administrative work comes up — the mix changes week to week
What we need:
Strong Microsoft 365 / Office skills, especially Excel (you'll be tested on this)
Experience with
Excellent written and spoken English — clear, concise, professional
Genuinely detail-oriented: you remember specifics and catch the things others miss
Self-motivated and task-driven — you finish what you start and confirm it's done
Strong critical thinking and resourcefulness — when you hit something new, you figure it out before asking
Organized, and comfortable shifting priorities when the work changes
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Able to work hours overlapping U.S. Central Time. Note: this means working overnight/early morning in the Philippines. Please only apply if you can sustain this long-term.
