Full Time (Long-Term) Social Media and Email Marketing Assistant

We require a talented social media and email marketing assistant who can help to create and schedule marketing emails, social media posts, and simple graphics using software like Canva, Planoly, Active Campaign, ConvertKit, or Kajabi.

Please note: we are looking for someone who wants a full-time, long-term position with our company.

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, wants to be a valued and active teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, wants to learn, and who has the technology and internet capacity to download files. Someone who is very kind, who’s fun, who’s funny, who has a sense of humor, who’s a team player, who’s open to feedback and quick complete assignments and available for quick turnaround of projects to work with an amazing company in the United States.

The role will be a full-time role, and we are looking for someone who wants to have an ongoing relationship long-term to develop as we expand our business. Must work quickly and meet all deadlines.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report of work completed
2. Review and provide feedback and ideas for marketing email campaigns, as well as schedule email campaigns in Active Campaign, ConvertKit, and Kajabi using company templates / branding
3. Review and provide feedback and ideas for Instagram and Facebook social media marketing, and schedule campaigns in in Planoly and in Business Manager using company templates / branding
4. Simple graphic design of images in Canva using Company templates / branding
5. Attend weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings

You’ll qualify for vacation and sick leave after the probation period. We honor all major US and Filipino holidays. We also honor the 13th month bonus.
