Full-Time E-commerce Personal Assistant

Are you an intelligent, proactive, and creative individual who thrives on variety? We’re looking for a personal assistant to support help alongside growing multiple e-commerce businesses. This role will require you to do everything from managing schedules to utilizing Chat-GPT, to organizing google drive folders. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, don't mind tedious tasks, and can bring fresh insights to the table, this is your chance to work closely with a seasoned entrepreneur.

(Skills will be taught if you don't have them)

Responsibilities:

Creative Support: Assist with brainstorming sessions, copywriting, and providing fresh ideas for campaigns, products, and content.

Sourcing TikTok/Instagram Content and Using Chat-GPT for consistent image generation.

Task Management: Manage daily tasks and to-do list — anticipate needs and get things done without needing constant reminders.

Administrative Work: Handle menial tasks (scheduling, organizing files, data entry) with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise, and come up with solutions quickly.

Insight & Recommendations: Be the go-to person for advice, recommendations, and insights to improve the business’s processes and strategy.

Communication: Help maintain clear, effective communication between teams, making sure that things get done as planned and on time.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience with administrative work, personal assistance, or similar roles.

A knack for creative copywriting and content generation.

Proactive attitude — able to anticipate needs before they are stated.

General understanding of e-commerce, Shopify, and digital marketing industry.

Reliable and flexible: comfortable adapting to Chicago time zone and understanding that no two days are the same.

Strong communication skills — able to handle both professional tasks and light-hearted, creative discussions.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and project management software.
