About the Company
Safetech Builders is a Florida-based roofing and construction company expanding from Broward County to Tampa. We focus on quality, customer education, and reliability.
We’re hiring a full-time Admin/Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. You’ll manage backend systems, files, and communication between our office, field, and sales teams and with customer.

Main Responsibilities
1. System & Admin Setup
- Set up and manage tools: JobNimbus, SalesRabbit, EagleView, Google Workspace, Chatgpt, Claude
- Maintain organized cloud storage and document systems
- Assist with permits, inspections, and workflow tracking
2. Marketing Support
- Coordinate yard signs, flyers, decals, uniforms, and vendor quotes
- Track marketing expenses and community ad placements
3. Sales & Estimation Support
- Onboard and coordinate with 2–3 sales reps
- Track leads, customer info, and contracts in CRM
- Maintain pricing sheets (Good/Better/Best) and product info
- Organize insurance estimate files and agreements
4. Project Coordination
- Track project schedules (permits, dumpster, inspection, photos)
- Communicate with clients and send project updates
- Ensure all files, photos, and reports are backed up properly

Qualifications
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with construction, roofing, or admin roles preferred
- Knowledge of CRMs, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
- Tech-savvy and reliable; able to work independently
