We’re seeking a Fractional Integrator / Chief Systems & Execution Officer to partner directly with the Visionary to translate chaos into clarity, and ideas into execution — across our real estate and online consulting businesses.
This isn’t project management. This is precision operations in a fast-paced, multi-brand business.
You’ll own the systems, lead the team, and free the Visionary to operate in their genius.
Your Mission:
To own the execution, build the machine, and run the backend of a high-growth, dual-vertical company.
What You’ll Own:
1. Agile Sprint Ops
• Run weekly sprints for both real estate and community verticals
• Manage task pipelines in ClickUp or Notion
• Host weekly execution calls (
• Track priorities, clear blockers, and enforce accountability
2. Team & Project Management
• Manage VAs, setters, lead managers, and internal specialists
• Create scorecards, oversee SOP usage, lead 1-on-1s
• Build and manage hiring scorecards, onboarding, and delegation systems
3. System Design & Optimization
• Build SOPs, automate workflows, and maintain CRM hygiene
• Use tools like GHL, Slack, Zapier, and Airtable to streamline processes
• Own dashboards and process optimization across business units
4. Real Estate Operations
• Monitor CRM pipelines (seller leads, marketing, dispo)
• Track lead flow, seller outreach, team follow-up, campaign metrics
• Ensure VA team follows SOPs, updates tasks, and reports KPIs weekly
5. Community + Program Execution
• Manage onboarding, engagement, and backend systems in Circle (or similar)
• Track member progress, upgrades, churn risk, and support
• Coordinate backend for Launch Accelerator, Scale, and Authority Builders
6. Execution Partner to the Visionary
• Capture voice notes and ideas, turn into execution maps
• Build and maintain a 30/60/90-day execution roadmap
• Act as the filter: No one gets to the Visionary unless it matters

What You Must Know
• Tools: ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Zapier, Airtable
• BONUS: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a major plus — especially if you’ve built:
• CRM workflows
• SMS/email follow-up automations
• Funnel pages or internal pipelines
• Experience with real estate systems or digital education programs is highly preferred
• Wiring:
• DISC: High C / High S / Mid D
• Working Genius: Tenacity + Enablement or Discernment
• Personality: Calm under pressure, proactive, highly organized, and direct
