We're Hiring: Financial Controller

Are you a highly organized, hands-on financial leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced *Financial Controller* to oversee and manage all aspects of our accounting, financial operations, compliance, reporting, cash management, and internal controls.

This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional who can balance strategic financial oversight with day-to-day operational execution in a fast-paced service and contracting environment.

What You'll Do

* Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and banking operations
* Manage month-end and year-end close processes
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
* Maintain accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation
* Coordinate with banks, CPA firms, vendors, insurance providers, and clients
* Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and financial accuracy
* Support ownership with financial planning and strategic decision-making
* Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting dashboards, and operational procedures
* Supervise accounting and administrative functions across multiple departments

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior accounting professional
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance
* Experience managing multiple entities and complex financial environments
* Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting systems
* Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience with financial cleanup projects, reconciliations, and process improvements
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
