REQUIREMENTS -
- Previous experience in the CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE industry is a MUST!
- Atleast 2yrs experience as CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS!
- Must have worked for a real estate brokerage before!
- Experience working with agents/broker under COMPASS REAL ESTATE is a huge plus!
- Available to work on Pacific Standard Time.
- Has knowledge of Customer management and Project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Tech Savvy a must!!
- CRM knowlegde - proficent in FollowUpBoss is a huge plus +
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks.
- Calendar management in real time
- File Management in Google Drive
- Data entry, team correspondence & client letter systems
Pay is negotiable based on experience and bonuses & raise will be up for review after 6 months
