Your mission:
Enable our founder and team to focus on growth by handling administrative tasks, bookkeeping in Xero, and organizing our daily operations smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

Xero Bookkeeping:
- Processing sales invoices (applying credit notes, manual payments)
- Processing bills using Hubdoc
- Reconciling bank accounts & Stripe payments
- Expense allocation across two brands using tracking categories
- Adjustment entries (rounding, minor corrections)
- Extracting financial reports (P&L, etc.)

Admin & Operational Tasks:
- Keep subscriptions minimal (monitor & cancel unused tools)
- Collect and organize invoices
- Track vacation days & set up systems for time-off management
- Process bank transfers (HMO cards, salaries, influencer payments)
- Handle German phone calls and appointments
- Maintain team database (birthdays, anniversaries, roles)

Prepare onboarding for new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (accounts, templates, tools)

Update reports in Google Sheets regularly

Requirements:
- Conversational in German, good enough to make phone calls at German local entities
- Very good English skills
- Experience with Xero (ideally e-commerce related)
- Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
- Stable internet and a proper home office setup
- Ideally available daily from 2–6 PM Philippine time
