JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: Sales Executive Assistant.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive Assistant to support the CEO in driving sales and achieving our ambitious revenue goal of $100 million. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and consistent follow-through with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
2. Sales Operations:
• Conduct cold calling to potential clients and set up discovery meetings.
• Leverage LinkedIn for prospecting, connection requests, and nurturing leads.
• Research prospects and prepare detailed profiles before outreach.
3. Follow-Up & Coordination:
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn.
• Maintain a database of client interactions, track progress, and update CRM systems.
4. Sales Enablement:
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
5. Market Research:
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and new opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize outreach strategies.
6. Event Coordination:
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, or networking opportunities to drive lead generation.
• Ensure the CEO’s readiness for conferences, speaking engagements, and meetings.
7. Special Projects:
• Assist in developing sales campaigns, marketing strategies, and other ad hoc projects to support business growth.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales support, executive assistance, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach to prospects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
