The Executive Assistant must be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong relationships both internally & externally. The ideal candidate is both approachable & respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems. Considering the culture of ownership and accountability within Yellowbird, this person should be comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.
Responsibilities:
10 - hours of cold calling
Maintains calendar and appointment scheduling and works with leader to effectively manage time.
May serve on special projects, committees, or act as manager or department representative.
Opens, distributes, reads/handles mail and
Maintains company birthday, and celebration schedules.
Maintains an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system.
Manage the travel budget and book all executive air travel, land transport, and accommodation as well as communicating those arrangements with a high level of detail and follow through
Create reports, presentations, memo/communications and/or type up meeting notes
Some personal tasks on behalf of the Executive Team will be needed from time to time
The candidate must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little to no Upgrade to see actual infoanized, strong attention to detail with efficient follow-up skills. Must also possess a keen sense of customer service, ability to work within a team, multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the Real Estate Industry in an administrative role
Minimum 2 year experience in an office administrative role
Excellent customer service
Passionate and motivated person
Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Professional standards with impeccable phone mannerisms
Qualifications:
• Self motivated, people person, organized, resourceful and a fast learner
• Forwarding thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
• Willing to work well alone & with a team
• Be open to a flexible work schedule and be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Have a some knowledge of technology
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Sales experience is required
Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include follow up with buyers and sellers,
management of sales pipeline
• Communicate effectively with clients, teammates and peers
• Provide world class service to all clients and prospects
• Consult with clients in order to discover their property needs
• Schedule and attend on-site showings with clients and vendors
• Schedule and addend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
• Promptly return all buyer and client telephone calls, texts,
• Provide clients with pricing information and market evaluations
• Write contracts for clients and assist with their purchases
• Prepare comparative market evaluations to potential listing clients
• Manage your listings and touch base inquiries
• Provide updates and stats to seller clients
• Supervise and/or schedule property showings and open house events
• Draft and prepare documents, such as offers, contracts and closing documents
