We’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant with bookkeeping expertise to support a small but dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle administrative tasks while also managing financial records and transactions to keep operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
*Executive Assistance:
-Calendar Management
-Appointment Scheduling
-Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-CRM Management
-Follow-Ups with Customers
-Internal Document Organization
*Bookkeeping & Financial Support:
-Generate, send, and track invoices.
-Accounts Payable & Receivable-
-Record and categorize expenses accurately.
-Ensure financial records match bank statements.
-Assist in preparing reports and summaries for review.
-Support payroll processing and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative.
