JOB OVERVIEW

What You’ll Do:
This role will have a wide range of responsibilities and will evolve as the business grows. You will be the CEO’s right hand and help streamline daily operations by performing the following key duties:

System Mastery: Learn and become an expert in all platforms and tools we use (Followupboss, Notion, LandVision, ReadyMode, Google Workspace, Calendly, etc.).

LandVision Support: Download and manage property data from LandVision.

Market Research & Pricing: Create property pricing charts and market comparables.

CRM Management: Maintain and organize FUB and Notion CRMs to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

File & Document Organization: Keep Google Drive organized using naming conventions and folder systems.

Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events using Google Calendar and Calendly.

Meeting Attendance: Join all team and company meetings, take notes as needed, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.

List Management: Upload prospect lists to ReadyMode for calling campaigns.

Agent Outreach: Research and contact 4–5 local agents per market to obtain OPV (opinion of property value), then update records in FUB.

Due Diligence: Complete full due diligence reports for all active land deals.

Marketing Listings: Manage and update listings on Facebook Marketplace.

Vendor Research: Find and document three top-rated (4.7+ stars) local title companies and log them into FUB.
