This role will start in our Pricing Department, where you will develop a strong foundation in data analysis, revenue management, and strategic decision-making. As you master pricing, you will rotate into other key departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Sales, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business.

*** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Initial Focus on Pricing) ***
- Assist in managing and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to support pricing adjustments.
- Generate bi-weekly or monthly performance reports and revenue insights.
- Research and recommend process improvements for better efficiency.
- Maintain and update pricing data in Google Sheets with precision.
- Support the leadership team with various administrative and operational tasks.

- Transition into different departments (Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
- Work directly with leadership to understand high-level business strategy.
- Take on higher-level responsibilities as you gain experience and prove yourself.
