JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small New Home Sales Consultancy business and seeking an Executive Assistant for 20-40 hours a week over 3-6mth period to create SOP processes and efficient workflows for strategic business growth. The EA will also be responsible to provide high-level administrative support for the Director and align day-to-day operations with long term business goals to ensure processes and systems are being executed. The role requires a proactive and highly intelligent person who is able to develop strategic opportunities for business growth, create marketing strategies and optimise sales funnels.

The applicant is required to have proficient skills in developing automations using tech stack software such as MAKE, Pipedrive etc. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite in both writing via email by phone/virtually.

• Provides high-level administrative support for the Director
• Manages Director's calender/emails/tasks
• Handles confidential projects
• Streamlines workflows
• Manages and oversees business operations/systems
• Manages team coordination and workflows
• Ensures efficient workflows for strategic growth
• Develops marketing strategies
• Executes facebook and instagram paid marketing campaigns in collaboration with Social Media Team
• Manages campaign performance metrics
• Lead generation efforts to drive growth
• Oversees project timelines and milestones
• Coordinates team efforts for projects
• Ensures task completion within deadlines
• Manages deliverables for projects
• Tracks project progress for successful execution
• Manages CRM for sales support
• Creates visual content like logos, in-house collateral and marketing materials
• Ensures branding consistency
• Produces eye-catching designs for various platforms
• Develops and executes business strategies for growth
• Aligns business goals with long-term growth plans
