Executive Assistant to YouTube Influencer

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and media-savvy Executive Assistant to support a growing YouTube influencer. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a fast-paced digital work environment. You will play a key role in helping streamline operations, coordinate content schedules, and manage communications and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the influencer’s calendar, appointments, deadlines, and daily schedule
Coordinate video shoot schedules, guest appearances, and brand collabs
Organize email inbox and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
Track deliverables for sponsorships and partnerships
Assist with script writing, research, and outline prep for video content
Handle file organization (video drafts, thumbnails, brand assets)
Oversee social media DMs, comments, and messages as needed
Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and other freelancers
Monitor deadlines for uploads, approvals, and content submissions
Prepare weekly reports or summaries of tasks, performance metrics, and updates

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or project coordinator
Experience working with content creators or in social media/YouTube spaces is a big plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, or similar productivity tools
Familiarity with YouTube backend (optional but preferred)
Discreet with sensitive information and professional in all communications
Fast learner who adapts quickly and thrives in dynamic, creative environments

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with basic video editing or Canva/Photoshop
Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
Understanding of YouTube analytics and engagement metrics
Copywriting experience for captions, scripts, or descriptions
