I am seeking a proactive Virtual/Executive Assistant to support our monthly tasks and help create scalable systems for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage content across various social platforms.
Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Data Management: Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other data tracking tools to monitor campaign performance.
Project & Task Management: Oversee multiple projects using project management tools like Airtable and Trello.
Organization & Systems Creation: Develop and refine efficient systems for brand management and internal processes.
Communication: Assist in coordinating meetings, following up on tasks, and maintaining smooth internal communication.
Minimal Supervision: Work independently with a proactive approach and take ownership of assigned projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet creation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Hands-on experience with Airtable and Trello.
Demonstrated ability in content creation across various digital channels.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating efficient systems.
