**Position Summary:**
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in organizing tasks, managing client interactions, and utilizing telecommunication systems effectively. This role is focused primarily on calling insurance leads, confirming client details, facilitating connections for closing, and maintaining organized records in our CRM system.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Management:**
- Call insurance leads generated through Family First Life, using effective communication strategies to engage and confirm their interest.
- Utilize a systematic approach for dialing and documenting interactions with clients.

2. **Client Confirmation and Closure:**
- Confirm client details promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate immediate transfer of leads for closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the closing process.

3. **Client Follow-Up Service:**
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients after their policies are delivered to address any questions or concerns.
- Develop a long-term relationship with clients to foster satisfaction and retention.

4. **Organizational Support:**
- Maintain detailed notes on client interactions and update the CRM system regularly to reflect current statuses and actions taken.
- Schedule appointments effectively, managing calendar conflicts proactively.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Provide comprehensive documentation of all calls, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Create reports as necessary to analyze performance and track the progress of leads.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in a client-focused or administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in telephone etiquette, to effectively engage with leads.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with Family First Life leads and the insurance industry is highly preferred.
