HDG Resource Team assists homeowners in distress by providing fast, ethical real estate solutions throughout Florida. We operate with urgency, structure, accountability, and professionalism.
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations, team accountability, CRM management, lead flow, and executive-level support. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without constant supervision.
This is not an entry-level administrative role. We are looking for a reliable team player who can help maintain operational structure while supporting company growth.
? Schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time
• Rotating weekends required
• Mandatory Mondays at 9:30 AM ET
• 30–45 day trial period (post-training)
???? Responsibilities
• Executive and operational support
• CRM management (GoHighLevel & PropStream)
• Pipeline and opportunity management
• Team accountability and follow-up coordination
• Data management, list scrubbing, skip tracing, and lead verification
• Clockify system monitoring, productivity review, and audit reporting
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Campaign coordination (letters, EDDM, property research)
• Google Workspace organization (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Canva support and document organization
• Monitor inbound/outbound communications
• Follow-ups via calls, SMS, and
• Calendar management and task coordination
• Assist with process improvement and workflow organization
• Support and understand major staff workflows including back office operations, lead management, pipeline organization, and campaign coordination
• Cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting experience is a plus
? Requirements
• GoHighLevel experience (required)
• REIFax experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong Excel & Google Workspace skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven
• Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
• Cold calling experience is a plus

• Reliable computer (dual monitors preferred)

???? Compensation
• $720/month salary paid bi-weekly
Bonuses (Cold Calling Performance Only):
• 1 deal = $250
• 2 deals = $500
• 3+ deals = $300 per deal
