ABOUT THE COMPANY
A Dream Education is a growing supplemental education center supporting students from preschool through high school in Math and Reading enrichment. We are a systems-driven organization focused on student success, strong family communication, and long-term operational growth. We are building a reliable internal team that can support both day-to-day operations and long-term development initiatives, including funding and program expansion.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant & Operations Support tea
WHAT YOU’LL DO
(1) Executive & Administrative Support
You will act as a key support to leadership by helping manage daily operations and communication.
- Manage inboxes,
- Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and task summaries
- Organize documents, files, and internal systems
- Maintain task boards (Asana) and ensure deadlines are tracked
(2) Operations & Systems Management
You will help keep internal operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
- Update student, enrollment, and payment records
- Maintain Google Sheets trackers and internal databases
- Assist with scheduling changes and account updates
- Support workflow consistency across teams
- Help improve and maintain operational systems
(3) Grants & Funding Support (Guided & Structured Work)
You will support the organization’s funding and growth initiatives through structured, template-based work.
- Research grant opportunities based on provided criteria
- Track deadlines, requirements, and submission checklists
- Organize grant materials and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing application drafts using templates and guidance
- Format and edit application materials for clarity and completeness
- Maintain a grant pipeline tracker for leadership review
* No prior grant writing experience is required. Full training, templates, and examples will be provided.
(4) Content & Marketing Support
- Assist with scheduling and posting social media content
- Create simple Canva graphics and visual materials
- Help organize captions and content calendars
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation
(5) Podcast & Media Support
- Organize podcast files and episode assets
- Assist with publishing preparation and scheduling
- Support basic editing coordination and file management
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and able to manage recurring tasks consistently
- Comfortable working independently with clear instructions
- Strong ability to follow systems and processes
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable learning new tools and workflows
- Experience in administrative, EA, or virtual assistant roles is a plus
- Canva, social media, or content experience is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) is a plus
- Grant experience is NOT required — training will be provided

COMPENSATION
$3/hour (20 hours/week)
