A US-based Real Estate company is looking for a talented Executive Assistant who's an expert of Salesforce CRM

Job Responsibilities:
>Administrative Support: Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence handling.
>Salesforce CRM Management: Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM records, generate reports, track key metrics, and assist with data entry to enhance workflow efficiency.
>Project Coordination: Assist in managing strategic projects, ensuring timely execution of tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking progress using Salesforce and other tools.
>Communication & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, drafting professional communications and ensuring smooth information flow.
>Process Improvement & Reporting: Analyze business processes, identify areas for efficiency gains, and generate Salesforce dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
>3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
>Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, and workflow automation. Salesforce certification is a plus.
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
