About Us

The Freedom Inc is a real estate coaching company dedicated to helping everyday people buy their first rental property using private capital — no personal savings required. Our founder, Martine Richardson, is a seasoned real estate investor and coach who has built multiple income streams through rentals, flipping, wholesaling, and short-term rentals. We’re growing fast and need a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to help us scale.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position (40 hrs/week) for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and motivated by results. Your #1 priority is getting qualified leads booked onto strategy sessions with Martine. Everything else supports that mission.

Primary Responsibility — Appointment Setting

• Follow up with warm leads via Instagram DMs, Facebook DMs, and email to book free strategy sessions
• Work leads from multiple sources including masterclass registrants, podcast listeners, and event attendees
• Qualify prospects before booking using provided scripts and criteria
• Track all lead activity and pipeline status inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Meet weekly booking targets and report results

Secondary Responsibilities — Executive Support

• Manage and organize tasks inside our Notion workspace
• Send outbound emails and follow-up sequences on behalf of Martine
• Compile lead lists, contact databases, and research as needed
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Support email distribution and basic content scheduling as directed

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience as a VA, appointment setter, or executive assistant
• Are a confident, warm communicator in written English
• Are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Take initiative and don’t need constant hand-holding
• Have experience with GoHighLevel, Notion, and Instagram/Facebook DMs
• Have a background or interest in real estate investing (preferred, not required)
• Are available during Eastern Standard Time business hours
