About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to serve as the right-hand operator for two growing businesses: a successful YouTube channel and a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company. This is not a passive support role. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day operations, and your attention to detail and communication skills will directly impact the quality and success of both businesses.

YouTube Channel Responsibilities
Thoroughly review all video content before publication, catching grammar, spelling, and numerical errors with a critical eye
Create YouTube Shorts from existing long-form video content
Upload videos to YouTube Studio and optimize with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and tags (training provided; prior experience is a strong plus)
Communicate regularly with video editors and the thumbnail designer to coordinate timely delivery and quality
Maintain organized spreadsheets to track video production status, uploads, and performance
Social Media posting
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Company Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with clients and internal tea
Invoice medical offices and manage related follow-up
Assist with general operations and administrative tasks as needed
Executive and Personal Assistance
Manage the owner's schedule, appointments, and calendar with precision
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks before being asked
Tools and Communication
We primarily work within Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive). Familiarity with YouTube Studio, CapCut or similar short-form video tools, and project tracking spreadsheets is helpful. You should be comfortable communicating via
