JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Assistant (with Social Media experience)

Position: 100% WFH

Salary: $7.5/hr

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM CST (15 hrs/week)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Social media management and engagement (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Executive Assistant support for C-Level executives
- Phone handling and client communication
- LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Administrative support.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant for C Level Executives with a solid background in Social Media Management– REQUIRED
- Proven social media management experience (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Proficient with Google Workspace.
- Comfortable with iMessage, FaceTime, Good Notes.
- Sales Navigator and GoHigh Level experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, problem solver and able to manage multiple tasks.
