We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, handling

• Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant data to support decision-making and business initiatives.
• Managing other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role within the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, project management software, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
Work Hours:
• Standard Schedule: 20 hours per week, from 12 PM to 4 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
• Flexibility: Availability for on-call support during busy periods as needed.
