The properties that we purchase generally have significant issues that need to be solved. Who are we looking for?:

We’re looking for a full-time executive assistant for our real estate business! We've been in business for over 6 years and need some help with admin tasks and day to day operations' tasks :) This person will need to do tasks on the computer, email, text, and make phone calls.

We’ve been in business for over 6 years and we are excited to continue to grow our team and impact. Since 2021, we’ve been pleased to have a remote team member from Zamboanga City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will need to gel with our first hire. He's extremely easy to get along with, yet, it's important to grow as a work family. We hope you find that we are different from other companies you may be interviewing in the same real estate space.
Executive Assistant (EA):

Tasks will require critical thinking and mental brain power. The ideal candidate can quickly think on their feet and be empathetic to the owner’s best interests and the interests of others.

Tasks will include, not limited to:
Manage and prioritize the owner’s schedule (appointments, meetings, travel)
Handle email correspondence and phone calls
Prepare presentations and reports
Assist with marketing materials and client communications
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Handle administrative tasks (filing, document organization)
Tracking & Entering KPI's daily
Data Analysis Tasks
Calling Potential Buyers for Real estate purchases (*not* cold calls). Expanding existing buyers list
Pushing items to Bookkeeping and data entry
CRM Management for team
Google Drive Organization
Misc. other tasks

Qualifications:

Must be extremely organized and prove their ability to organize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills.
Organize calendar management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Some experience in social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and analytics tools. Managing the Facebook page and helping gather FB/Google Reviews.

Bonus Qualifications:
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
Experience in real estate company or a related field is preferred

Requirements:
Attitude to be flexible to tackle new and unique tasks on a daily basis. Must be a self-starter.
Must have at least 2 screens and high speed internet!
Strong proficiency in English
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM MST
*Ability to work 3-4 hrs at least 1 Saturday per month, if needed.
Compensation:

Full-time position only
Salary: $700-900 USD per month
