What you’ll be doing

1. Assist Customers: Handle phone calls, emails, and chats to process service cancellations and refunds smoothly.
2. Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide empathetic, friendly, and professional assistance to resolve customer concerns effectively.
3. Ensure a Positive Experience: Follow company policies while making sure every customer interaction is seamless and supportive.
4. Identify & Escalate Issues: Spot opportunities to improve customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
5. Grow Within the Role: Take on more responsibilities over time, helping customers resolve online purchase issues with merchants.
