Ecom Virtual Assistant – Shopify, CSVs, Product Listings & Review Uploads

We’re an e-commerce company looking for a skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant to help us grow our brand — an online store selling water gear like inflatable boats, kayaks, and underwater drones.

We’re growing fast and need a reliable team member who’s detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and understands how Shopify and review imports work. You don’t need to be a developer, but you need to know your way around CSV files, Shopify backends, and apps like Judge.me or Loox. Backend website knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Upload product reviews (via CSV or manually) into Shopify using Judge.me or similar apps

Format and edit product listings using our template (title, features, specs, etc.)

Prepare, clean, and organize product data into CSV files

Follow clear systems (we have templates and SOPs for everything)

(Bonus) Help us set up or manage ClickFunnels, Google Ads, or Meta Ads

Communicate daily and meet deadlines without being micromanaged

Requirements:
Proven experience working with Shopify

Comfortable with CSV files and spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel)

Familiar with Judge.me, Loox, or other Shopify review import tools

Good English and attention to detail

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Available 5-10 hours/week with potential to grow
