EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & NOTION DEVELOPMENT

NOTION SOP developer / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for an exceptional young woman to work directly with the founder of a rapidly growing international luxury fashion company.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant position.

You will become the founder’s right hand and help build the systems, structure and organization behind an international fashion business.

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain executive dashboards
* Create SOPs and operational procedures
* Coordinate international teams and projects
* Manage tasks across fashion, retail, e-commerce and production
* Work with Shopify, Notion, ClickUp and AI tools
* Follow up suppliers, logistics and product development
* Assist with photoshoots, events and marketing campaigns
* Support the founder in daily operations and strategic projects

International Travel

You must be excited about international travel.

Potential destinations include:

* New York
* Paris
* London
* Dubai
* Hong Kong
* China
* Ibiza

Requirements

* Female, preferably 22-35
* Excellent English
* Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands
* Highly organized
* Detail-oriented
* Fast learner
* Able to work independently
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Available during European business hours
