Design & Project Coordinator

We're hiring a Project Coordinator to lead web and branding projects from kickoff to launch — including owning design initiatives and jumping into Figma when the work calls for it.

What You'll Do
• Lead and deliver web development projects end-to-end
• Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Drive design initiatives — you're not afraid to open Figma and get it done
• Coordinate across designers, developers, and clients
• Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps clearly
• Catch risks early and keep things moving

What You Bring
• Experience running projects in a digital agency or web design environment
• Strong understanding of web design, UX, and development workflows
• Confident in Figma — able to lead and execute on design when needed
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Clear communicator who thrives with minimal oversight

Tools You Should Know
• Figma
• Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar
• Slack
• WordPress, Shopify, or QA processes

• Task-based assignments to test compatibility and workflow
• Trial phase pay: $25–$75 per task (based on complexity)
• Great fit? We move to a Deel contract with monthly payments
