Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone,
Track requests, inquiries, complaints, and pre/post-sales interactions;
Log information and occurrences in internal systems;
Monitor orders, deliveries, and offer general customer support;
Assist in resolving issues in coordination with internal departments;
Maintain a humanized, agile, and professional approach to customer service;
3D Seller — primary communication channel with customers.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility;
Comfort with systems and basic computer literacy;
Previous customer service experience is a plus;
Proactive and committed profile;
Advanced English proficiency;
Spanish is considered an advantage.
