Job Requirements:
Min 2.5 years Proven experience in customer support and/or executive assistance (preferably in the entertainment, talent, or creative industries).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Core responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for talent, clients, and partners via
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely information about agency services.
Maintain client and talent records in CRM systems and ensure all data is up to date.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service for talent and clients.
Monitor and respond to social media messages and inquiries as needed.
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Assist in event planning, PR coordination, and travel arrangements for executives and talent.
Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making.
