JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives — daytime shift and nighttime shift. This role is customer-facing and operations-focused, supporting clients across phone, email, live chat, and video.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries
Support customers via video chat when needed
Transfer calls to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers
Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Document interactions in CRM systems

Assist with light administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer service or call center environments
Comfortable handling high call volume
Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple platforms at once
Organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
