As a Virtual Assistant in our Customer Success team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our customers feel supported every step of the way. From managing our
The role will be part-time, with the possibility of increasing to full-time depending on performance and business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and organize our
- Engage with and manage our online communities, fostering positive relationships.
- Continually update our Help Center articles to help customers self-service new issues.
- Collaborate with our team to streamline customer success processes.
- Summarize and relay user feedback and new bugs to the Product team.
- Represent our brand with clarity, empathy, and excellence.
**Requirements:**
- Flawless English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- A fast learner who’s comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.
- Availability during US time zones to align with our customers.
- You MUST own an iPhone and have your own computer which you can use for work.
- Part-time availability with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
