Customer Service Representative

We are Thr1ve Meals are looking for a customer service representative to join our fast paced and growing team.

The ideal candidate needs to have the following skills to qualify for an interview:
1. Excellent English Speaking Skills. You must have worked for an American or Australian company for a minimum of 5 years
2. Excellent Conflict Resolution Skills. You must be able to handle customers who are very agitated or frustrated, speak calmly and present solutions to their satisfaction
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
4. Willingness to learn new concepts and be detailed oriented in new tasks
5. Fast worker
6. Working in an E-Commerce business is a plus but not mandatory
