Creative Virtual Assistant for Dutch Video Production Studio (Social Media + Design + Project Management)

About us
We're a small, fast-moving video production studio based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We produce content for clients and run different social media platforms for clients.. The owner works closely with AI tools (Claude) every day and is looking for a creative VA who genuinely enjoys working in a tech-forward, AI-augmented workflow.

This is a long-term, full-time role. We start with a paid 1-month trial. If it clicks, we continue indefinitely.

What you'll do

- Keep an eye on ongoing projects
- Manage social media across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook: scheduling, captioning, posting, light community management
- Design thumbnails, Reels covers, and post graphics in Canva (templates exist — you'll iterate and create new ones)
- Keep our Notion workspace organized: project boards, content calendar, SOPs
- Use Claude daily for drafting, research, and ideation
- Small tasks on the side

You are a strong fit if you have

- 2+ years experience as a VA, social media manager, or creative assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Canva skills — show us thumbnails and social posts you've made
- Experience managing multiple social platforms (especially LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram)
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow
- Familiarity with Notion
- Self-directed: you can take a brief and run with it, with minimal daily check-ins
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a backup plan

Bonus points

- Experience working with YouTube creators or video studios
- Some understanding of Dutch (you'll work with translation tools, but cultural awareness helps)

What we offer

- Full-time, Monday–Friday, with overlap with European working hours (at least 4 hours/day overlap between 09:00–18:00 CET)
