Job Description:
We are a leading educational assessment firm that provides comprehensive psychological assessments and reports for schools and educational institutions. We collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and parents to enhance students' academic success and social-emotional well-being. As a Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. This is a remote position, working Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Compensation:
Salary: $300 per month
13th-month payment available after 1 year of employment

Roles and Responsibilities:
Phone Operations:
Answer incoming phone calls at our various offices using the designated phone platform.
Provide professional and courteous assistance to callers, addressing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate department or person.
Maintain a helpful demeanor and ensure accurate information is provided during phone interactions.
Record call details and relevant information in a log for reference.
External Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, doctors, and parents.
Respond to inquiries, provide information, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance external communication, ensuring consistent and positive messaging.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other external-facing documents.
Scheduling:
Utilize the scheduling platform to book clients for practitioners and manage their appointments.
Coordinate and communicate with practitioners regarding their schedules, ensuring efficient and effective appointment management.
Assist with sending out calendar invites and maintaining the appointment schedule.
Internal Communication:
Use the designated app to facilitate communication within the company.
Organize conversations, channels, and notifications effectively through the communication platform.

Outreach and Documentation:
Reach out to educational institutions to inquire about necessary paperwork to meet the required criteria for approval.
Gather relevant information and compile necessary documentation to fulfill these requirements.
Create and maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track contacts made, documentation status, and additional notes or requirements.
Help maintain communication with educational institutions, clients, school physicians, and other relevant stakeholders.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Onboard new hires and organize their paperwork.
Guide new hires through the hiring process, ensuring completion of required documentation accurately and on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and providing necessary information.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, and parents.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate support and assistance.
Brand Management:
Uphold and promote the company’s brand identity and messaging in all communication efforts.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and visuals across different communication channels.
Monitor and protect the company’s reputation through strategic communication efforts.
Additional Benefits:
Paid holidays on November 28, 2024 (Thanksgiving Day), November 29, 2024 (Day After Thanksgiving), December 25, 2024 (Christmas Day), and January 1, 2025 (New Year’s Day).
13th-month payment issued at the end of December after completing one year of employment.
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English.
Requirements: This is a remote role, involving working on a computer for extended periods of time. The candidate should be able to sit for long periods, use computer equipment, and have reliable internet connectivity.
Travel Requirements: No travel required. The work can be performed remotely, with occasional virtual meetings to discuss projects or collaborate on initiatives.
