Cold Caller – Real Estate Acquisitions

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cold Caller to contact real estate property owners and determine their interest in selling. You’ll be speaking directly with property owners (mostly multifamily and residential) using a provided call list and script. The ideal candidate has near-perfect American English, a clear and confident phone presence, and the ability to connect with skeptical or hard-to-hear property owners.

You will use OpenPhone (now Quo) for calls, Trello for tracking progress and notes, and follow up via text or email when needed. While we provide the script and contact list, you are encouraged to adapt the conversation naturally as long as it stays aligned with the target outcomes.

This position requires working during U.S. Central Time business hours. Before an interview, applicants will be asked to submit a short recording sample of their spoken English (ideally a snippet from a previous call).

Key Responsibilities:
Call real estate property owners to inquire about their interest in selling.
Use and adapt the provided script to create a natural and effective conversation flow.
Accurately log all calls, notes, and follow-ups in Trello.
Communicate professionally via OpenPhone/Quo, text, and email (company email provided).
Conduct timely follow-ups with property owners when needed.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to report leads and insights.
