Cold Caller

We are seeking a top-notch Cold Caller based in South Africa to join a growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting. This role requires someone who is confident on the phone, highly persuasive, and capable of turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
* Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
* Build rapport and maintain professional conversations with prospects
* Schedule appointments and follow-ups as needed
* Accurately update CRM records and call notes
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets
* Handle objections effectively and confidently
* Collaborate with the client and team to improve outreach performance

REQUIREMENTS
* Must be based in South Africa
* Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or outbound sales
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
* Strong confidence on the phone and ability to handle objections
* Results-driven with a positive and professional attitude
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is preferred
