Schedule
9:00am to 2:00pm Pacific Time. Monday through Friday.

Overview
We are hiring a remote caller to contact leads from a prepared list. The role is simple. Confirm the contact received our email and brochure. Encourage them to review the material and sign up when ready.

Responsibilities
Call contacts from a provided Airtable list.
Confirm receipt of a previously sent email and brochure.
Encourage the contact to review the information.
Update notes and lead status in Airtable after each call.
Follow up with leads who show interest.

Daily Expectations
About 150 call attempts per shift.
Update Airtable with notes for every contact.
Track and follow up with interested leads.

Requirements
Fluent spoken English.
Clear and professional speaking voice.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Strong attention to detail when updating notes.
Reliable internet and quiet work environment.
