Key Responsibilities
Your role will drive the backend operations ensuring seamless service fulfillment, client success, and investor engagement:
Client Management & Retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Collaborate with deal teams to align client goals with investor opportunities.
Investor Relations & Communications
Prepare investor updates, performance reports, and due diligence materials
Maintain transparent communication with investors, addressing inquiries and escalating critical feedback to leadership.
Startup Operations & Process Optimization
Streamline backend workflows (e.g., CRM management, compliance checks, data room setup).
Oversee post-deal execution, including documentation, compliance, and milestone tracking.
Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years in client success, investor relations, or startup operations (financial services or SaaS preferred).
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools and investor relations platforms.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes client/investor interactions.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret financial reports and operational KPIs.
