HouseMaster Greater Phoenix is a professional home inspection franchise serving the Greater Phoenix area. We help homebuyers and sellers make confident decisions through thorough, reliable home inspections. Beyond the standard inspection, we offer ancillary services — radon testing, sewer scoping, termite inspections, and more.
We're looking for a client-facing, relationship-driven Operations Coordinator to be the connective tissue between our clients, vendors, and business development efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Follow-Up & Upsell
Contact clients after their inspection appointment is booked to introduce additional services (radon, sewer scope, termite, etc.)
Handle inbound follow-up calls and
Explain ancillary services in a consultative, no-pressure way
Track upsell conversion rates and report results weekly
Vendor Coordination
Serve as primary contact for outside specialists (termite inspectors, radon testers, sewer scope providers)
Schedule vendor attendance to coordinate with inspections
Maintain vendor contacts, availability calendar, and pricing records
Brokerage CE Event Scheduling
Reach out to real estate brokerages to offer complimentary CE credit events
Coordinate event logistics and track attendance
Build ongoing referral relationships with brokerages
Owner Reporting
Twice-weekly video check-in with operational briefing
Maintain organized records of client, vendor, and brokerage activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years in a client-facing, sales support, or operations role
Excellent spoken and written English — you will speak with US clients and vendors daily
Warm, professional phone presence
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Available during Arizona business hours (MST)
Reliable internet and professional home office
COMPENSATION
Depending on Experience
