About the Role,
Tradie University is a fast-growing consulting and education business for tradespeople across New Zealand & Australia.
We onboard one new client per week. The founder delivers high-level strategy and direction.
Your role is to ensure clients execute, are accountable, and move forward every week — without chaos.
This is not a VA role. This is an operations ownership role.
What You Will Own
Client Delivery & Onboarding
Run client onboarding end-to-end
Ensure every client knows:
What to do
When to do it
What success looks like
Maintain clear client stages inside GoHighLevel
KPI Tracking & Accountability
Track weekly client metrics:
Leads
Quotes
Revenue
Follow-ups
Content/actions completed
Maintain simple weekly scorecards
Flag under-performance or execution issues early
Systems & GoHighLevel Ownership
Fully own GoHighLevel:
Pipelines
Automations
Dashboards
Task systems
Turn calls, Looms, and voice notes into:
-SOPs
-Checklists
-Simple systems
-Continuously improve delivery systems as the business scales
-Client Communications (Structured)
Run weekly check-ins and reminders
Clarify next actions for clients
Handle routine questions and follow-ups
Escalate only high-value or strategic issues to the founder
Who This Role Is For
You are highly organized and process-driven + ENGLISH SPEAKING
You are confident holding clients accountable
You enjoy building clean systems and improving them
You can work independently without micromanagement
Required Experience
Strong GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable)
Experience in client delivery, operations, or account management
Clear written and spoken English
