What You’ll Do: As a Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and managing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring smooth communication and coordination to deliver outstanding client service.
• Handling administrative and operational tasks to support client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborating with a fast-moving team while exercising self-reliance and initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. CLIENT COMMUNICATION:

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are met.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

• Manage client accounts, including documentation, contracts, and updates to records.
• Prepare reports, proposals, or service summaries as required.

3. COORDINATION AND DISPATCH:

• Monitor and assign incoming trouble tickets to appropriate service team members, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule resources for project work, aligning with timelines and client expectations.
• Act as the central point of communication between clients and service teams to facilitate efficient ticket and project management.

4. PROBLEM SOLVING:

• Address client concerns and complaints, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and provide solutions to enhance the client experience.

5. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:

• Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency in client service operations.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas to enhance client satisfaction.

6. SUPPORT SALES AND MARKETING EFFORTS:

• Assist with onboarding new clients and setting expectations.
• Support upselling or cross-selling efforts by identifying opportunities based on client needs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of the industry or products/services offered by the company.
• This role is critical in fostering long-term relationships, building trust, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their engagement with the company.
• Experience in resource coordination or dispatch is highly desirable.

SCHEDULE:
• 8.5 hour shift (Includes 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
• Monday to Friday (Weekends as required)
• Shift is during Eastern Standard Time Zone and Eastern Daylight Time Zone during our local business hours
• United States Holidays Observed

JOB TYPE:
• Permanent Full-time (40-Hours) - NO FREELANCERS - NO AGENCIES

This job is a service industry job, meaning that it will be customer facing and communication skills are regarded as the highest priority.

Attention to detail and accuracy is critical in your work responsibilities, as you will be leading and working with a fast-paced team in a company that is rapidly moving forward. This is a very hands-on position with a great deal of self-reliance required.

This position requires a person with proactive problem solving, decision-making skills, and an initiative to work independently in a detail-oriented environment. We are an IT Services company and having a technology background will greatly assist you.
